This leaves many of us ill-equipped to navigate life's complexities and uncertainties. Particularly in emotional literacy, self-knowledge, communication, conflict management, healthy relationships, creativity, and experiential learning.
This contributes to unhealthy workplaces, poor interpersonal communication, and struggles in navigating life with some grace, openness, and calm.
Our practical (and often Free) courses, accessible writing, and experiential workshops are designed to fill the gaps left by most traditional education systems.
